Not so good after all

I made a claim with SafeCo after the theft of my bike in 2010. The claims process went smoothly and quickly and every customer service agent was friendly and helpful. However, because of the single claim, they decided not to allow me to renew my policy. This is absurd. That's what they're supposed to be there for. So, if you never make a claim, they will allow you to be a customer. Otherwise, they'll dump you.
