Customer Review - SafeCo

My truck was rear ended from a safeco driver.

About a month ago to the date i was driving to work and this teenage driver ran into the back of my truck. So i decided to go to a body shop and get an estimate and the result was of 1,800 dollars for the repairs . Then i went to another body shop on my own time and got another estimate from another body shop to speed the process. i then called to safeco and spoke to a man about the incident and gave him the amounts from the dealership and the other body shop that was 22 dollars more then the dealership and he told me to go to service king. So i went . The man named kevin told me that it would cost me about 800.00 dollars to repair my truck so i immediately got out the other papers and showed him the results. He then told me that he wasnt allowed by safeco to do the work the proper way that they have made parameters and that they just abide by what safeco tells them to do. So they were going to send me a check for 825.00 and if i wanted the damages fix the proper that i would have to pay the difference. Well it have been 30 days since the girl had hit my vehicle and i have decided to go to the body shop of my choice scheduled the appointment to turn my vehicle in and no check. So i carry an exceptional insurance for my vehicle so if i hit some one then they are covered and i get hit and get shitted on. GOT TO HELL SAFECO
