Maybe they would care if it was their car...

I was hit by a SafeCo driver. He would not file the claim, so I did. I had a police report that clearly showed (and stated) it was his fault. My car was not driveable (his of course was). He avoided ever talking to them, so they refused to fix my car or pay me for damages. The "Senior Adjuster" I talked to said it was my loss, and to pay my insurance to cover it. Maybe if someone made her car un-driveable, she'd actually care enough to get it fixed! They are ridiculous to deal with. My original adjuster also just disappeared for two weeks. If you get hit by somebody with this insurance, might as well just pay for repairs yourself.
