Horrible company to deal with

I have never been so mistreated in my life. This company is poorly organized. I was bounced between 7 agents 2 appraisers and 2 senior reps for just the vehicle loss portion of my accident. I even received an e mail telling me that they are going on vacation for the next week" and they'll get back to me another time. What kind of BS is that?! Also, I have been receiving medical treatment from my injuries and they have not contacted me since they asked about my injuries. I will probably seek legal counsel to deal with the personal injury portion of this circus.
