Butt holes

These people area prime example of who not to raise your children to be. I don't even have auto insurance with them. I had renter's insurance and after checking what they cover, they would refuse to cover the flood damage associated with Hurricanes. so I switched. Six months later when I went to budget my bank account, come to find out they were still charging me for my policy with them even though I followed their stupid procedure of sending them a hand written notification of cancellation of service, which supposedly didn't get to them. I'm still waiting to get my money back from these people.

Useless insurance people with horrible over the phone service. I have yet to actually speak to a single person within this company.
