They dropped me on my first clam.Safe co dropped us the first time we made a clam. We got a letter saying they where dropping us before we even got a check for our claim. the check was only 4,230.00 for my roof the hurricane had riped the shingles off. We are now looking for insurance. But only now will we be looking at Reviews be for continued... |

Maybe they would care if it was their car...I was hit by a SafeCo driver. He would not file the claim, so I did. I had a police report that clearly showed (and stated) it was his fault. My car was not driveable (his of course was). He avoided ever talking to them, so they refused to fix my car or pay me for damages. The "Senior Adjuster" continued... |

dissatisfied customerrun in the other direction. changed my due date of auto payment because of hardships. safeco did not do what they promised and pulled the payment on the original date causing me all kinds of difficulties. safeco admitted it was their mistake but stated they could do nothing about it. they pushed a button continued... |

ObservationAs a veteran insurance agent, I have read reviews from several insurance companies and as I see it a great number of the negative reviews are completely unjustified due primarily to ignorance of contract law. EXCUSES, EXCUSESI KEEP GETTING ONE EXCUSE AFTER ANOTHER WHY ITS BEEN SIX MONTHS ON MY CLAIM. FIRST NOT ENOUGH DOCUMENTATION, THEN I'M TOLD ABOUT ALL THE OTHER NATURAL DISASTERS THEY ARE DEALING WITH. steal car patssafeco took mi car to a storage to make an inspection that takes 2 weeks!!!!!! when finally the return my car to the mechanic the car was missing parts on the bumper, scratched paint and missing tag!!!!! the worst company ever, i call the insurance and the adjuster never call me back, i call 5 times and continued... |

Couldn't be more happy!!!Claim was paid quickly! All hail damaged fixed (windows, skylights, roof, gutters, etc.) and car hail damage was completely fixed quickly! I'd say all was back to normal in 6 weeks. They had someone come out that day to board up windows and cover skylights. I was SO IMPRESSED!!! continued... |

Great experienceI signed up with Safeco and the same day my son had an accident. I hadn't even paid any premium yet on the policy and they were absolutely wonderful to work with. They handled everything and it was all done completely fair and easy! I was very impressed and will stay with them!!! continued... |

Safeco is AWESOMEI have Safeco, my mom has Safeco and my brother works for a company that does disaster relief and works with insurance companies .... All of us have had claims or have directly worked with them and they have been nothing but AMAZING! The claims department is courteous, prompt, communicates well! Hail continued... |
