CLAIMS NOT PROCESSED WITH PROFICIENCYI have been dealing with Safeco for over a year to seek payment for a claim for property loss in our totaled vehicle. best insurance everI came upon Safeco when I was shopping for auto insurance to get rid of Infinity, they had the best competitive prices at the time so I switched. Premiums went down after 6 months because of good driver discount. I had to file a claim with them for theft of my auto and everything went smoothly. The auto continued... |

YOU'VE GOT TO BE KIDDING!!!!I've never had more of a hassle dealing with an insurance company. There customer service gave me false information and the only thing the manger would say is "sorry for the incorrect information". They just did not care! Not so good after allI made a claim with SafeCo after the theft of my bike in 2010. The claims process went smoothly and quickly and every customer service agent was friendly and helpful. However, because of the single claim, they decided not to allow me to renew my policy. This is absurd. That's what they're supposed to continued... |

Best ever.I have safeco, and they have been the best ever. Our customer service was superb, and our claims service was prompt. I don't know who these others have been talking to, but I can assure you, do not listen to them. I wish I sold insurance, because if I did I would sell them. continued... |

Butt holesThese people area prime example of who not to raise your children to be. I don't even have auto insurance with them. I had renter's insurance and after checking what they cover, they would refuse to cover the flood damage associated with Hurricanes. so I switched.
