terrible experience Response Insurance

Someone who is insured by Response Insurance hit two of my automobiles and total one of them I called Response to report it, the operator was very nice who take the report, but after that the customer service was terrible, I hated to even call them for something because they were rude as hell. I fill sorry for anybody who has to deal with that kind of service. They don’t return phone calls, someone needs to report them to the BBB. It has been one month since the accident and I just got my first call back and the person answers my questions was just plan out rude..I hate Response Insurance..
