Response Insurance is a SCAM

I was a customer of Response Insurance for Five Years. I paid them one lump sum every year. I recently was rear ended with a considered "No Fault" accident. Response Insurance sent me a new premium that was doubled! The claim they paid me was only $1,000. They originally told me the accident was not my fault since I was rear ended. But since the vehicle that rear ended was a fire truck, AA County said they were not paying. Response Insurance SUCKS. Stay away from this scam of an insurance company.
