Response Insurance = No Response

I went shopping for insurance because I needed to minimize some of my costs. I am on a tight budget and I needed the lowest costing insurance I could find. I found Response Insurance and couldn't believe the rates. They were lower than the rates offered by X.... or Progressive. So I jumped on the bandwagon and probably a bit too soon. I soon discovered that I had compromised quality for cost. The minute I had a claim I had nothing but problems with Response Insurance. In fact, I think that the company should change its name because the company has been anything but responsive. The adjuster was rude, the representatives were equally unfriendly and it took forever to process my claim. I took the time to rethink my decision and have since left Response Insurance behind. I feel more secure now that I did - I am not willing to work with such an "unresponsive" company.
