Lousy Insurance Company

We had million dollar insurance policy one of the best ones and it has been 5 yrs already and we have to go in front of a judge and jury. The attorney just became aware that we had more than enough insurance when the accident happened 5 yrs ago

Why didn't this settle and what kind of employees work there that aren't even aware of your policy. I believe this should have been settled already. It is 2009 and still going on. Well we are counter-suing everyone involved for the time and aggravation and time off from work that we had to take and then be postponed
