Furious with Response

Response insurance was a real letdown for me. I felt like a fool when I fell for the low quotes only to find when I really needed the company they weren't there to back me up. When I was hit by another driver late last June I had to wait 14 days and I made a total of 12 telephone calls before I even got an adjuster to come out and take a look at my vehicle. It took another week to get the verdict of the appraisal and believe you me I wasn't happy when I got it; the appraisal wasn't anything valued next to the actual damage that my car sustained. I called the company to find out what I could do about the unfair adjustment and I was told that someone was going to get back to me to discuss the matter further. A week later I get a letter in the mail that my policy has been canceled! Furious with Response insurance, I found a different insurance company and the matter was never resolved to my satisfaction.
