EXCELLENT COMPANY

I'm very confused by the negative comments regarding Response Insuance. Since signing up with Response Insurance back in 1998 I have had three accidents in which the other drivers were at fault and their insurance accepted responsibility and one accident where I was at fault. Response has been so great no matter if I was at fault or not. As a matter of fact, Reponse coordinated my repairs in all instances and arranged for reimbursement from the other parties. All of my claims reps were responsive and they leave their supervisors name on their voicemail and tell you that if you don't received a call back within 24 hours, feel free to contact their supervisor (my calls were always returned within 24 hours so I never had to contact a supervisor). This is a great company. If you live in California, don't hesitate to go with this company. I have found that their rates can't be beat!
