they lie then postpone payment

My truck was stolen...i have special needs children in my home and not having a vehicle is dangerous due to my sons health,... i understand how insurance works and that is why i had full coverage from Progressive...i was told by Mr.Taylor that after i sent him all the requested information i would have an offer before x-mas,...after i sent everything and my insurance rental was about to expire...they then wanted proof that tow companies did not have my truck..( this was in the police report and they already had it ) so now they wanted MY go phone records to verify that i called some tow companies...go phone records are hard to get..and after i went through 20 hours of red tape..it still takes 8-10 weeks to get these records...i asked why they needed " re-verification " of something they already had. i was informed by Mr. Taylor that people lie..and that the previous owner of the vehicle told him that his ex might have done this..so they found it odd...even though she was the other party with a key...THIS WAS A LIE i contacted the previous owner and the conversation was brought up by the adjuster about how many keys were there...the previous owner told him there was another key for my vehicle lost years ago...Taylor than twisted this to postpone payment saying the old owner knew she took it and was suspicious...either way it will be 5 months after the fact...and i have no vehicle for my son...thank you Progressive and especially the educated liars like Mr.Taylor that you employ to postpone payment...no matter what the hardship you put a family through,...
