progressive is horrible

Customer since 2009. Purchased insurance in 2009 and my bank was never notified that I had coverage through them. Wrecked and totaled my car July 2011 and was informed that I didn't have collision on vehicle. What insurance company lets one get coverage without collision when there is still a loan on vehicle??? Never heard of this before. I have two broken ankles, herniated a disc and fractured a rib to go along with my totaled car that is still sitting in tow yard. I am just thankful that I had med pay to cover some of medical costs, because my goodness, I may have had to be committed. I do believe my next option will be to file chapter 13 due to the negligence of this worthless insurance company. I sure hope the rest of you pay close attention to your policy so that way you won't be screwed. Just thought I'd share this bit of info and customers be ware!
