Customer Review - Progressive

What, poor service?

Yes, I would have to say that my experience with progressive since after I paid my first premium is been, "worst ever". My dealings with the company, the customer service department and the website have not been pleasant. The agent has been understanding but restricted by "policy" in how much he can do. I do not recommend Progressive unless you have no other choices and then you need to be sure. Flo should be telling us that there is nothing remarkable or even up to mediocre when in comes to progressive.
