Customer Review - Progressive

WATER FLOOD

Progressive is my insurance have two veh cover with progressive.About two months ago we had lots of rain.I went by a steert that had a water flood and veh just turn off and veh did not start to me it sound it like a starter went out.I call progressive roadside asst and got a tow i told they to take it to miami lakes automall because i work there as a service advisor to fix the starter.The tech told it was not the starter that my engine was lockup and it had water inside and also my transmission had water to..So i call progressive to put a claim and when talk to them i told them to take it to other just because i work service department tham told me that was ok.4 days it took them to see the veh the frist adjuster that saw the veh told us to flush the transmission out and to check engine why it was lock up.Than we call they and told them the water was out but we need a starter inorder to free the engine.Adjuter came in and told to put a starter so we did.Turn engine on veh had tapping noise on the engine and told them after we flush trans out it still had water so we call the adjuster and told me that if he was coming in to see veh it was going be total loss.Adjuster came to see me and told to removed oil pan that veh was going to total loss.That 2 hours pass by and call me back and told me that was coming in to see veh with aother adjuster.Next day coming and told me that the claim is NOT cover and if i think that should be cover to removed heads.So we did on the engine it had low compression on all cyl.Adjuster came to see veh and told me samething it was not cover.And is going on this for 4 months veh is down.I buy a engine for $400.00 and trans $600.00 to get it fix.About 2 days ago a service advisor had a customer that needs a engine and it was cover...think they did not cover my claim because i work here but i pay my policy.
