They SUCK. BUYER BEWARE

Had Progressive for years with no claims, late payments, or issues; wife was involved in a crash, my wife was making a left hand turn on a green arrow, when an undocumented illegal immigrant ran a red light and hit her. The damage was minimal. The Progressive adjuster NEVER came to look at the explorer; he totaled it over the phone. Book value was $ 2500. Progressive paid $1100.00 shops estimate to fix was 1800.00 I asked to pay the difference; I was advised that I could not because it had been totaled. AGAIN THEY NEVER CAME TO LOOK AT THE TRUCK, THE ACCIDENT WASN’T WIFE’S FAULT. BUYER BEWARE
