The Truth About Progressive

Progressive has no organization. The employees have no idea what they are doing, they are really rude, have bad manners and seems like they are only trained to come up with lies. After reading the following reviews, I see that Progressive has done the same stunt over and over again. I too had a bad situation with Progressive. Someone crashed into my car and the other person was at fault. The other person's insurance was actually nicer and agreed to pay for all the damages. Progressive actually made me feel like it was my fault, treated me like crap, belittled me, refused to fix what was damaged and also blamed the dealership were I bought my car for a piece that was put on wrong. (The car was brand new out of the lot when I bought it). Every time I see the commercials for Progressive and see that woman "Flo" it reminds me and a couple of my friends of the movie "Orphan". "Don't turn around because they will stab you." After this situation I rushed to change my insurance and I can care less if I have to pay $20 more to have another insurance that I can honestly feel at ease. Now anyone can crash into my car and not have the worries of what or will it be fixed. Progressive you can kiss both of my cheeks! |
