Terrible customer service- cancelation fee

I just rent a car and had insurance from progressive online. After two months I returned the car to my friend and tried to cancel insurance. they gave me hard time , they charged cancellation fee of 50 dollars and threatened me with bringing down my credit score. Well I did not even sign or tell them that i want at least 6 months of insurance. My phone number is 213 3999875 and will let everybody know how this company is and make sure that none of my friends get service from this company.
