Snapshot program is a farce

I have tried to get a discount using the Snapshot program & every time I call I get a different story as to why the snapshot didn't work correctly & a new one is on it's way & an ever changing story of what you need to do to get adequate data to Progressive to get a discount. To me this is just a scam to get you to believe that a future discount is coming. They also screwed up my home insurance which is not actually Progressive, they sell it to Homesite...who SUCK!
