STAY AWAY

horrible experiences, have had 8 policy renewals and will be dropping progressive. after them filing a claim AGAINST me, their OWN customer, on my own policy without my agreeing to the truth of the details, and another claim for hail damage that would not be repaired to my standards or the estimate i presented, whether the car was at the progressive office or the body shop, i have HAD ENOUGH!! please, people, if u like being treated with respect TURN AND RUN!
