Progressive terrible service

My mini-van was struck by a semi truck that was backing up on a commercial street. The trucker, a Progressive customer admitted he was wrong and was ticketed. Many phone calls later, Progressive informed me I was at fault for trying to go around the truck. The claims adjuster was rude and insisted he was right, he was not there so I cannot understand how he can make a determination that the accident is my fault. I informed my insurance company and was told Progressive is known for not paying claims. I will have to sue the trucker and Progressive. I will also tell the judge in court that the trucker's insurance company is not willing to settle. Don't let those cute ads and low prices fool you, Progessive is a terrible insurance company to deal with.
