Don't get Progressive my mint condition 2007 truck with only 36k miles on it was T-boned hard at about 50-60 MPH
I had auto body professionals that work for the same dealer I got my truck from and they said due to where it was hit that the frame needed to be replaced not bent back as Progressive wanted. The head owner told me that he knows from experience that it would eventually become out of alignment and didn't want to be married to the truck. So I begged Progressive to fix it correctly and they refer you to one of their "special" approved auto body places- They refuse to spend the 6 grand to fix it correctly. They say you can bring it anywhere but your going to get cheap china parts and even if your truck is newer you'll get it bent back like trying to bend back a coat hanger straight- I waited years to get this truck and now have to worry about this and I told him doesn't it make sense to fix it half ass so that in two years when I go over a few hundred pot hole that they will have to fix it again. The bent frame is at the control arm on the front with 4WD the guy with well over 33 years experience said it needs to be replaced not half-assed like progressive wants. I may end up with a lemon truck that I just bought mint condition 3 weeks ago. Plus progressive had 2 days and didn't even look at the engine though it was not running right.
Stay away from them If you care about getting it done right.
