Progressive are Thieves

Progressive is attempting to steal more than $800 from me - more than my six month premium. My sister-in-law borrowed our car once, was in a fender bender, which her insurance paid for. My progressive policy allowed me to loan my car to her, and promised to cover her as a borrower. Despite not even having to pay the claim in the end, they added my sister in law to my policy retroactively and charged me $800+ for it. In summary - they didn't pay the claim. They added her against my wishes. They charged me for it. I loaned my car one day and it cost me more than 6 months of insurance. Don't buy Progressive - they will steal from you!
