Progressive Strikes AgainAppears that Progressive strikes again. Accident with one of their insured. Their insured turned left in front of me into my lane and caused a head-on collision. The Progressive driver was cited on scene and had 'contributing factors' of Inattentive Driving, Obscured Vision (by parked car), Illegal Lane Change AND Failure to Yield. And take a wild guess...Progressive won't pay. I have a slam dunk small claims suit, but I don't want to sue the guy. He made a mistake; he's not the devil. But Progressive won't do their part and I need a vehicle...what a shame.
