Customer Review - Progressive

Progressive SUCKS!!!

These insurance people are so entirely inept at what they do. My husband and I were in an accident that was clearly the other driver's fault (he was the progressive customer) and because he disagrees with the police reports findings they are denying the claim. There is something definitely wrong with the morals of this insurance company and we will fight to get what they should have paid in the first place. Similar to anonymous is Utah, the idiots at progressive claim that they cannot pay if they do not talk to the other party even though they have a police report stating that he is at fault. Our lawyer, reputable insurance company and my husband and I will not back down and be out the $500.00 deductible just because they can't back up their word.
