Progressive SUCKS!After being charged an astronomical amt for car insurance for an old car w/ a clean driving record,no points or accidents 6mos my rates went UP! I cancelled and went w/another company. Two weeks later they charged my bank acct for an insurance premium I "owed" on a cancelled policy! WTF? Then I get charged by my bank because of it? It took several phones calls to them and over 2 hrs of my time for there mistake. It took several days to rectify the situation while Progressive acts like it was MY fault! Then they send a letter hoping i will return? NOT A CHANCE!
