Customer Review - Progressive

Not my company but received great service

I was going about 40mph through a green light when a driver made an illegal u-turn in front of me. Was totally other driver's fault, and he had Progressive Insurance. From my perspective Progressive was awesome to deal with. (My AmFam agent was absolutely no help whatsoever!). Perhaps it was because they wanted to make sure I was happy and didn't sue, but whatever the reason, they were helpful, courteous, got me a loaner car, let me get repairs where I wanted, etc. No complaints.
