My Flood Story

After my car ended up sucking water into the engine from the air filter.I called Progressive to report the claim,2 days after the car stopped I tried to start it up many times I also inspected the car afterward. The air filter was wet and the oil engine seemed like milk and coffee. On the 3rd day progressive picked up the car to go inspect if there was water in the engine.Almost a month after they called me and told me that there was no such problem related to flooding. They dropped the car off at my home I inspected it again and found out that oil change was done numerous times to clean out all the water from the engine.Just so that they can blame it on something else, now I'm waiting to see progressive lawyer and representatives. Why is that my car shows up with oil change without any water in it?They have to explain to me what is the knocking sound in my engine? They told me the issue with my car cost only $150.00 to fix it.Progressive is a thief!!!!! I can not wait to see them with all the proof I have from the day they picked up the car til the day they delivered the car.I hope they have a good reason for why it took them 30 days to inspect only air filter and engine oil.To everyone out there beware of Progressive Insurance
