MrWorst experience I've had with a insurance company ever!!!! I had a claim, I was stationary, a woman backed into me!!! Her insurance excepted responsibility for the accident. Progressive didn't want to give me the deductible back, it took the women's insurance agent to get me that money back!!! I still haven't received 3 days car rental payment back, Progressive only paid for 5 days car rental! It took 8 days to repair!!!The woman's insurance paid the full cost for the repairs and rental to Progressive!!! They were a--holes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
