Misrepresentation

Even though my daughter's policy states she has rental car coverage up to $900, the company is now telling her that the damage to her car does not warrant them paying any more. The car repairs are not completed yet, she has not reached the 900 limit, they are blaming it on the shop, the shop is blaming the insurance and my daughter is getting an attorney! They don't care what the policy says.
