Misleading - policy, discounts, billing

I just cancelled my Progressive policy - having already paid for the entire month (my bill isn't even due for another 2 weeks). And now they're saying that I owe them more money! Plus they will not work with you on how they rate young drivers (on which car). All they want is your money and they really don't work with you on getting the best policy coverage for the price. Stick with more reputable companies like State Farm or USAA...at least they're transparent about payments, pricing, and coverage!
