"Made in China" insurance. You pay for what you get!

Progressive is truly a "Made in China" kind of quality product. I hit a deer which left major damage to the front of my pick-up. It was a week and a half later before the adjuster contacted me after numerous phone calls to him and the 1-800 number. The truck eventually got fixed but not until after arguing with the adjuster about using factory refurbished parts. If you are reading these reviews researching quality auto insurance, my advice is to keep researching. You truly pay for what you get!
