It's been a month and my vehicle still isn't fixed!!!!!

This is the first accident that I have had in 57 years of driving. The garage and the insurance company keep sending me in circles. The garage blames the insurance company; and, the insurance company blames the garage. The other issue that I am concerned about is the fact that only parts approved by the insurance adjuster can be replaced. As long as they are in somewhat of a working order, the insurance company will not replace the part. Another accident waiting to happen. Possibly an individual killed. Where do you report this insurance companies fraud? They have a place to report people who do fraud to insurance companies. What about the reverse?
