After hours and hours on the phone, I'm a hugely dissatisfied customer. And I say customer because I am forced to pay them. I paid an incorrect amount quoted to me by their rep, my policy was cancelled and no one told me. I had a lapse in coverage and no reputable agency will cover my Audi because of the lapse. My coverage was changed incorrectly, I've been billed incorrectly TWICE and had my policy cancelled without notice. HORRIFIC customer service!! My policy amount doubled from one term to the next!! Greatly unhappy with this company and will not do business with them again.
