HORRIBLE!!! BS Company that doesnt help

After being hit by a truck it took Progressive 3 months to settle the paperwork and they tried to get me to pay for it and take a huge financial loss for me. The other guys insurance, the guy that hit me. They actually took care of it for me. They have taken over a yr to answer the hospital back about paying the bill. Since they took there time i was using a rental that they wanted me to pay for, Hertz ended up making them pay because they put me in the rental to begin with.
I had to get a stamp today and they sent me to the nearest office, almost 2 hours away and they where closed. When i called the 1-800 number, they talked to me like he was reading a script and wouldnt help me or even try to fix it. They refuse to work with you or help or make anything easy. Lazy company that finds new ways to charge you for anything. Now they told me to go to Albany NY to get a stamp!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! In Mass we dont have many choices but ive had it and Im going somewhere else, i dont care if i have to pay more.
