Customer Review - Progressive

Great company

Been with progressive since 2006 and have never had an issue. Customer service has been top notch and their road side assistance has never failed.

only thing that aggravated me was the rate hike i got hit with when my credit rating fell. asked what my credit ratings have to do with insurance. gave me the statistics show poor credit results in more claims speech. i'm a cdl-a licensed driver no accidents 5 years is what i argued.

other than that they have been great, even got my parents to switch over from metlife and they to are very happy with progressive.
