Great Service and Response

After totaling my motorcycle I submitted a claim to Progressive. I was laid up at home for months and they sent an adjuster to look at my bike which was in another city. They totaled my bike and then called me with a payout amount. I questioned it and told them that there were lots of custom parts on it. The agent came to my home to get the receipts for the parts and they allowed the maximum for custom parts as prescribed in my policy. Pay out was quick and I felt that I received a very good deal. I'll go back with them.
