GETTING PAID ON A CLAIM

We have been with Progressive for 5 years. Another Progressive policy holder ran a stop sign and caused an accident and damage to both vehicles. We reported the claim and were told straight out that it will take them 2 weeks to get a police report (I went online and printed it in a matter of 30 seconds and it says the other party was to blame, as well as the police issued her the tickets) and since we only carry liability insurance, they will be looking for any fault on our part, so they do not have to pay for the damages to our vehicle. Needless to say it's been over 3 weeks since the accident occurred, we still have not heard from Progressive, they do not return our phone calls, and our vehicle is still damaged. We are under Progressive's diamond membership which gives us the best rates and we pay for 6 months insurance at a time to save hundreds of dollars. Thanks to Progressive's wonderful service when it comes to having them pay out, I have new insurance taking effect next week with the same exact coverage for $400 less per year after Progressive's discounted rate for paying 6 months at a time.
