Dishonest Practice of stealing money from customers

I must say I am very disappointed with the services of Progressive Insurance. When they are out looking for new customers they are all sweet and cuddly. Then WATCH! when it is time to renew your policy, they will come with all sorts claims, each of which increases your premium twice as much as your normal monthly payments. And as if that is not enough, the customer service representatives keep adding salt to the already bleeding wound. They are now negative, and don't care. Consumers, be aware. Keep away from progressive. Its better to get service from an insurance company that values you as a customer, and provides you what your money is worth, and most of all, that is trustworthy-to deliver as they have claimed in the initial agreements. Disappointed former customer.
