Denied Claim

Had "un"Progressive for 2 years on an RV. I recently discovered damage from a broken skylight on the roof and saw that water had seeped into the ceiling. I called to make the claim. It was 3 days before a claims agent called back. After allegedly taking 2 trip to the RV service center, he can find no evidence of the skylight being broken and claimed the damage was from leaking seals. Ignorant tool! They of course denied the claim and when I raised hell, they asked for witnesses that could say the trailer was not damaged. I promptly gave them 2. They called 1 and she confirmed no previous damage. No matter, they still denied the claim and could care less about customer service or for that matter, keeping customers. I wasn't paying for service, I was paying for results!! I didn't get either. Don't be fooled by the slick commercials of Flo dancing around the imaginary insurance store being cool with the customers. It's all BS. I wish I had done more research on the internet before purchasing this worthless policy. It would have been cheaper for me to take the money I wasted on 2 years of insurance and stuck it in a savings account to pay for my own damages. "un"Progressive SUCKS!!
