Customer Review - Progressive

DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!

I was w/Progressive since 2007 and have had NOTHING but problems w/ them from day one. In 2009 I decided to enroll myself directly through their website instead of going through an insurance agency b/c it was cheaper, and when I enrolled myself, I was able to pick out my policy the way that I wanted including a deductible. Well, for over a year and a half I find out that I did NOT have any FULL COVERAGE, which means they didn't have my credit union as a lean holder WHICH MEANS, that my credit union added another COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS TO AN ALMOST PAID OFF LOAN!!!!!!!! M*!%%#@*$%##! If anything, I have called numerous times to check on payment schedules and coverage questions and have ASKED them if it showed that I have FULL COVERAGE insurance and every time one of the bubble headed people on the other end of the phone would tell me yes. It's been a non stop headache and I feel sorry for the people who have had it much worse in regards to insurance claims. The commercials are for your entertainment and the actual "You pick your Policy" crap online is a joke. I will NEVER IN MY LIFE GO BACK W/ PROGRESSIVE AGAIN nor will I RECOMMEND THEM to ANYONE!!!
