Constant Rate Increases

I have a clean driving record, with no accidents... with one exception. I was cited two years ago for failing to stop at a stop sign, a $70 ticket. By the way, it wasn't a blown stop sign. The cop said, it wasn't a "complete stop." Bogus ticket basically. Anyway- when Progressive found out, they jacked up my rates, by $25 extra per month.. citing this ticket as a reason. Then- next renenew cited the ticket again, and jacked the rate up $8 per month. Six months later, cited the ticket again, and hiked me $5 extra per month. This is a MINOR ticket!!! I was so fed up, I shopped around, and it turns out, I was paying WAY, WAY, too much money... after the price hikes. Just canceled Progressive today. Good riddance!!!
