BEWARE

At first glance, this seems like a respectable company. My first quote was reasonable, however, the renewal was astronomical. That may have been because they failed to notify me in ANY way that my coverage was due and I had to pay late. Progressive's customer service is non-existent. I asked to be taken OFF paperless so that I would get some sort of notice in the future. What happened? I just got a letter in the mail today from the state- not progressive- the STATE. They warned me that my insurance was lacking and my license would soon be suspended. I looked high and low for where Progressive notified me. NO TEXT, NO EMAIL, NOTHING. Thanks for jewing me, Progressive. Now I have to grab whatever ridiculously high quote I can.
