10 years with Progressive - Nothing but good things to say ...

I have been a Progressive customer for 10 years. I have not found any other insurance company to meet or beat their rates on all of our cars, motorcycle, and home (saved $800/year on this just recently!).

I had a claim a couple years ago from a run-in with a deer and Progressive was professional, fast, and efficient. They offered to send me to their repair shop or one of my choosing (I chose a Cadillac dealer that had worked on our cars previously), and there was NO problems. Our claims agent called several times throughout the process to see if we had questions, if the repair was acceptable, etc. It was an easy experience after an awful experience (accident).
