Dishonest Practice of stealing money from customersI must say I am very disappointed with the services of Progressive Insurance. When they are out looking for new customers they are all sweet and cuddly. Then WATCH! when it is time to renew your policy, they will come with all sorts claims, each of which increases your premium twice as much as your normal continued... |

MrWorst experience I've had with a insurance company ever!!!! I had a claim, I was stationary, a woman backed into me!!! Her insurance excepted responsibility for the accident. Progressive didn't want to give me the deductible back, it took the women's insurance agent to get me that money back!!! I still continued... |

We've been happyWe have been very happy with progressive for 4 years. The rates are slowly rising but I'm sure that is true of most insurance these days. 2 years ago we filed a claim for approx $7K of damages and the work was done quickly and they repaired the car to where you could not tell there was damage.
