Principal Insurance is incredibly bad

High cost, low coverage, virtually no customer service. They paid 10% on an $1800 bill for testing me for carpal tunnel. This was after they assured me twice that 80% would be covered. They gave some lame excuse about coding and some other gobblety-gook. BEWARE of these morons.

Fortunately, my employer wisened up and our company went elsewhere for their coverage. I cannot stress enough how bad these people really are.
