Principal Financial is OK

I have "Private Health Care Systems" health insurance, administered by Principal. It's not the worst health insurance out there, but it's definitely not the best. Principal's phone reps are always very nice. However, whenever you get a new rep, you get told a new story. I absolutely dread calling them, not least because of the awful voice-response system that never understands what you say and won't let you just press 0 to speak to a human (sooooo aggravating). However, SO FAR (knock on wood) Principal has covered most things related to my pregnancy. My employer is switching to Aetna at the end of the calendar year, and given the reviews of Aetna on this site, I think I will be pining for Principal.
