terribleI work in the medical field and part of my job is to obtain authorizations for imaging procedures. This company was absolutely horrible to deal with. Hung up on me when transferred, un-knowledgeable service techs. This company has given me the biggest run-around I have ever dealt with. I have been shuffled from department to department for an hour.
